Can I change an order after it’s placed?

We aim to get your orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your items sooner. Because of this, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it.

If your order hasn’t been packaged yet, we might be able to cancel it. Contact us right away, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Once your order has been packaged, cancellations are no longer possible. If you still wish to return the item, you’ll need to follow our return process after receiving your package.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide fast and reliable service!


I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it to my order?
Please double-check your order before completing checkout, as we aren’t able to apply discount codes or adjust prices after the purchase is finalized.


How can I add Scottie Belle products to my baby registry?
It’s easy! You can add any of our products using a Babylist registry.


When do you release new prints?
We release new prints biweekly on Tuesday morning’s at 9 AM (PST).


What if my package is lost or my address was incorrect?
Once your order has been scanned and is in the hands of USPS, Scottie Belle is no longer responsible for its delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any issues. By shopping with Scottie Belle, you agree that we cannot be held liable for packages once they’re scanned as delivered.


My package was returned to sender. What happens next?
Scottie Belle is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
  • If the package isn’t returned and is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, you’ll need to place a new order.

For returned packages, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a Scottie Belle gift card for the value of the product(s) at the time of purchase (excluding shipping fees). The gift card value will reflect any discounts or promotions applied to your original order and can be used to repurchase the items.


What shipping options are available within the United States?
We ship all orders via USPS:

  • Economy Shipping: Free for orders over $75 or $5 for orders under $75. Includes insurance up to $100.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
At Scottie Belle, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to your doorstep. Each item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but we understand that occasionally, something may slip through the cracks.

Please open annd check your order upon arrival and contact us within five days of delivery. Send an email with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label, and once we receive the item, we’ll issue store credit for the full amount.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Because bamboo fabric is delicate, once an item has been worn or washed, we cannot process returns or replacements.
  • Items reported after five days or items that have been washed will not be eligible for a refund.

If you’d like to keep the damaged item, we’ll work with you to find an alternative resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
